UBH HIV/AIDS Education

As is the case in so many parts of the world, HIV and AIDS is a very real threat in Honduras. The shortage of strong, biblical role models has created a real need for teaching in this area. Once again, the schools, and other organizations, welcome the assistance of UBH in providing bible based abstinance teaching at the secondary school level.

Not only does the program do an excellent job of teaching abstinence as the most effective deterent to the spread of HIV/AIDS, but it also trains upper classmen to be the teachers and trainers of the younger students. The results are effective and powerful.
